REQUIREMENTS

Please be sure you meet our requirements for representation before you apply.

  • Legal Requirements:

  • Legal US Citizen or visa documentation

  • At least 21 years of age

  • Education:

  • High School Diploma

  • Driving and Vehicle:

  • Valid US Driver’s License with a clean driving record and background

  • Must own a fully insured, dependable vehicle

  • Health and Safety:

  • Non-smoker

  • Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of professional nanny/teaching/childcare experience that is non-family

  • Completely proficient in English (read, write, speak); multiple languages a plus

  • Professional childcare resume

  • References:

  • Immaculate references from all former employers for the past 3-5 years of employment

  • Commitment:

  • Willing to make a 1-year commitment to a family (Permanent placements only)

  • Passion for Childcare:

  • An individual whose true passion is working with children and families
